Liberal Frank Fights For ACORN To Get More Tax Dollars


Liberal Barney Franks is again showing his complete disregard for the American taxpayers.  This time liberal Frank if is attempting to make sure that ACORN gets more of your hard earned tax dollars.

Since 1994, ACORN has directly received a minimum of $53 million from American taxpayers.  Between the stimulus bill in the 2010 budget ACORN is eligible for another $8.4 billion in taxpayer funding.  That doesn’t count the over $800,000 liberal Barack Hussein Obama gave ACORN last year to “get out the vote.”  Liberal Obama also wants the corrupt ACORN heavily involved in the CENSUS.

Representative Michelle Bachman (R-MN) held a press conference to focus on recent maneuvers by the liberal Democrats led by Barney Frank to block attempts by Republicans to withhold Federal funding from ACORN while they’re under Federal investigation for voter registration fraud.

ACORN is under investigation in 14 states for multiple voter registration fraud charges.  Several ACORN employees are in prison after felony convictions dealing with voter registration fraud charges.

The house of representatives has approved another $140 million for foreclosure legal assistance grants.  This is more money ACORN will be eligible to receive.  The liberal Barney Frank (D-MA) gutted attempts by Representative Bachman to bar ACORN from eligibility for these grants.

Representative Bachman said, “Congress has been far too loose with taxpayers’ money for far too long.  It is a shameful abdication of our fiduciary duties on another example of Washington’s disrespect for the taxpayer.  We owe it to our constituents who were already weary and frustrated and outraged by the cycle of spending and bailout taxing and borrowing to at least show them that we won’t pick their pockets to fund groups that abuse trust over and over and over again.”

America it is time to tell the liberal Democrats and Barney Frank that we don’t want our tax dollars funding corrupt groups like ACORN.  Once again we see the lack of morals and ethics by liberal Barney Frank and the Democrats.
