Capricia Marshall Another Liberal Democrat With Tax Problems

The liberal Barack Hussein Obama again has selected another nominee with tax problems.  Not paying your taxes seems to be an ongoing problem for the liberal Democrats.  A large number of liberal Obama's nominees for important posts don't seem to think they have to pay their taxes as other Americans do.

Capricia Penavic Marshall is Obama's choice for chief of protocol for the State Department.  This position carries the status of an ambassadorship.  Ms. Marshall did not file tax returns for 2005 and 2006.  She rectified the problem last November.
Ms. Marshall was the social secretary in the Clinton White House.  She did notify the liberal Obama Administration about her late filing before she was nominated on May 14. 

Ms. Marshall does have a unique alibi for not filing your taxes.  She blames the Postal Service and also miscommunication between her husband and their accountanr.  We're all aware of the poor service and loss of mail of the Postal Service and Obama wants government to run more businesses as poorly as they do the Postal Service.
The couple learned something was awry, Ms. Marshall has said, when the Internal Revenue Service notified them last fall that their 2006 return had never arrived. She wrote that an agent “advised us that there were a large number of tax returns misplaced by the D.C. post office for the 2006 tax year.”

That call led the couple to the discovery that the authorities had no record of their returns for 2005 and 2006. No late fees or penalties were assessed when they later submitted the returns.  Why were no late fees penalties assessed to Ms. Marshall and her husband?  How could the marshals not miss their large refunds two years in a row?

Again and again we see the liberal Democrats with ethical and legal problems.  Liberal Democrats appear to have a very hard time paying their Federal income taxes.  America this is something you and I have to do or we would have to pay large penalties an even possibly go to jail.

It is a sad state of affairs when the liberal Democratic Party doesn't have enough qualified and honest people to fill government positions.  Liberal democrats have no ethics or morals.
