Liberal Democrats Had No Cap And Trade Bill

Democrats Passed Cap And Trade Without Seeing A Bill

Last Friday the liberal Democrats with the help of eight traitor Republicans passed the cap and trade bill.  These liberals in passing this horrendous bill did two ridiculous things.

The liberal Barack Hussein Obama during his campaign promised all new legislation would be posted on the Internet for at least five days before being voted on.  This was to assure America of his administration’s transparency and your ability to know what legislation Congress is passing.  Once again with the cap and trade bill this didn’t happen.

That wasn’t the most ridiculous thing the liberal Democrats did.  America these liberals passed this bill that will destroy the American economy before the actual bill was even written.  The only part of the cap and trade bill available when these liberals voted on it was the 300 page amendment.  The 300 page amendment was added after 3:00 AM and it was voted on along with the (non existent) bill at 8:00 PM that night.

From the Cybercast News Service: "The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) did not calculate the economic costs of House Democrats' massive cap and trade legislation, only accounting for how the government plans to collect and redistribute revenues from selling carbon emissions permits." Now, the question of scoring or calculating the economic costs is impossible. There isn't a bill.

Is this how you want Congress to operate America?  Do you truly have faith in Congress when they vote on bills that aren’t written yet?  America do you believe they know what they’re doing when they vote on bills they’ve never read that affect your life?
