July 4th To Many Meant Freedom From Increasing Debt and Big Government!

Although we are sure you did not hear it on the nightly news, there were hundreds of tea parties held across the USA yesterday in what organizers say are gatherings of peaceful protestors from all walks of life and political affiliation just fed up with big government spending and control.

In Atlanta, organizers believe Obama supporters had a hand in cancelling their event.  It was estimated that 20,000 were to attend the event at the parking lot of the old Macy's building. Organizers had been working with officials since March.  Even though the property is not owned by Gwinnith Malls the executives of the mall called a meeting with the Macy building owners on Thursday morning.  Then suddenly on Thursday they were told they could not have the event there, leaving no time to schedule elsewhere so the event had to be cancelled.  Some investigating revealed this:

 1. Simon Property Group owns Gwinnett Place Mall.

 2. Melvin Simon (a Forbes 400 billionaire) is co-chairman of Simon Property Group,  Inc.
 
 3.Melvin Simon has provided large political contributions to Barack Obama, Hillary  Clinton, Al Franken, John Edwards, the DNC and many other Democrats and Democrat organizations.

 4.Melvin Simon was a major contributor to Barack Obama's inaugural committee and has given at least $1 million to the William J. Clinton foundation.

  5. Melvin's wife, Bren, personally donated almost $100,000 to various political candidates, was a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton's presidential bid and contributed to President Obama's inaugural committee.

In Dallas where the Main stream media, reported that the event was sparsely attended, (they reported prior to the 3pm start time) a huge crowd estimated at close to 37,000 people gathered at the South Fork Ranch, scene of the 80's series "Dallas".  Although JR Ewing was not in attendance neither was Janeane Garofalo even though she was invited in advance.  If you remember Garofalo was the foul mouthed,  liberal hag who exclaimed that tea party protestors were nothing but "rascist rednecks, stating this is about hating a black man as President."   

The cause, not necessarily the celebration, is what drew thousands to Southfork Ranch this Independence Day, largely to blast what they consider America's free-spending government. "We wanted people to come out and be able to enjoy a very fun family show, but also hear some dynamic speakers and learn ways they can get politically active," said organizer, Phillip Dennis.

In Traverse City, Michigan about 300-350 in attendance, spirits were high. After a few speakers, the event broke into smaller groups occupying several areas to draw attention from passers by in traffic.

In Albuqueque, NM. protestors lined the street shoulder to shoulder for .3 miles.



An estimated 15,000 showed up in Fresno, Ca.
