Obamacare Is Healthcare Destruction

Elitist progressive liberal Barack Hussein Obama is traveling America like a carnival act shilling for health care reform.  It’s time for Obama to stay home and find out what’s in these Obamacare healthcare reform bills.  We found out this past week that Obama doesn’t even know what's in the health care bills he’s shilling.  All he knows is it gives him more control of you.

Obamacare is not healthcare reform.  Obamacare is healthcare destruction as we in America know it today.  The elitist progressive liberals are not concerned with the quality of healthcare you get America; they’re concerned with gaining more control of you.

There are valid reasons for real health care reform.  There are valid reforms that can be made in health care.  Obamacare and the bills in Congress at this time are not health care reform.

The first health care reform needed is to reform health care torts.  Health care costs increase exponentially with the increasing number of frivolous lawsuits that attorneys make against doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies.  As doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies insurance premiums go up, so does what you pay for their services.

There are legitimate reasons for some claims and lawsuits.  There are however, many more frivolous lawsuits than legitimate ones.  Attorneys know that in most cases it is less expensive for the doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies to settle the frivolous lawsuits than to defend themselves.  Therefore these unscrupulous attorneys file frivolous lawsuits to make a quick buck.  In the end we pay for it in higher health Insurance premiums and healthcare costs.

There also needs to be reforms in the settlements of the legitimate and sometimes frivolous lawsuits.  Every time someone receives millions of dollars for a 2 inch scar after surgery it costs you the next time you go of the doctor or go into the hospital. 

The torts need to be reformed and reasonable amounts paid for reasonable claims.  Doctors won’t order tests to prevent lawsuits; they’ll order just the test needed.
Reform health care by making coverage more uniform from state to state.  Each state has different things that the health care insurer must cover.  Let health care insurance cross state lines.

Let small businesses join in groups to buy health insurance.  A group of 1,000 can buy less expensively than a group of 10.

As in car insurance let people purchase the healthcare coverage they need.  A person 25 years old doesn’t need the same coverage as someone 60 years old.  After the very basics of coverage let people pick the additional coverage they want.

These are the type of reforms that can help keep health care costs down.  What these types of reforms don’t do is give the elitist progressive liberals control of you.  That is why these reforms are not in any health care bill presently in Congress.

America tell your Representatives and Senators that you want real health care reform, not the destruction of health care presently in the bills in Congress.  You can make the difference America, unite and be heard as one strong voice.
