Saving America Part 15

One of the most talked about promises on the campaign trail when President Obama was running for office was his promise of transparency. We have yet to see this put into action.

Why are our Representatives and Senators voting on bills they’ve never seen?  Legislation over 1000 pages long and NO one has read it.  Is this the way to run America?

The elitist progressive liberals led by Barack Hussein Obama, Comrade Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid are doing just that.  They don’t want your Representatives and Senators to know what is in the legislation.  They don’t want you the American people who have to pay for and suffer because of these bills to know what is in them either.

Elitist progressive liberal Obama talked about transparency in his campaign.  The only thing transparent so far is that he is using Chicago style thug politics to cram bad legislation through Congress.  Why are Obama and the other elitist progressive liberals afraid for America to know what they’re doing to us?

In 2004 Obama was interviewed by leftwing radio host Randi Rhodes.  Some of Obama’s hypocrisy shows in this interview.  The interview clearly shows Obama’s double standard beliefs.  Obama preaches one thing when George Bush is in office and does the opposite once he becomes President.  Here’s an excerpt from that interview.

BARACK OBAMA: ...When you rush these budgets that are a foot high and nobody has any idea what's in them and nobody has read them.

RANDI RHODES: 14 pounds it was!

BARACK OBAMA: Yeah. And it gets rushed through without any clear deliberation or debates then these kinds of things happen. And I think that this is in some ways what happened to the Patriot Act. I mean you remember that there was no real debate about that. It was so quick after 9/11 that it was introduced that people felt very intimidated by the administration.

Although Obama doesn’t believe there are terrorists, America was attacked by terrorists.  President Bush did what a good leader would do, it’s a hard concept for a community organizer to understand.  The elitist progressive liberals led by Obama are now pushing legislation harmful to America as quickly as they can and giving no one the opportunity to know what is in the bills.

President Bush never tried to push through legislation the scope and magnitude of what Obama’s trying to do.  Why does Obama think it is all right for him to cram legislation down America’s throat?  Especially since we know that so far Obama’s legislation is hurting America not helping America.

Elitist progressive liberal Obama has admitted he doesn’t know what’s in the legislation he is telling America has to be passed now.  If he doesn’t know what’s in the legislation how can he tell us that it must be passed now?

America this has an easy remedy.  Any legislation has to be printed and posted a minimum of 96 hours before being voted on.  We should also demand all of our Representatives and Senators sign an oath they have read and understand the legislation they are voting on.  If they haven’t read it and don’t understand it how can they force it on America?

Open government by and for the people, not Chicago style thug politics.  No back room threats to get votes, no pork added in the bills to get votes.

If our Representatives and Senators won’t vote for legislation because it’s good for America then like any employer we fire and replace them in the voting booth.  If they continually vote for bad legislation we replace them.  Use your vote to make America better!

America elitist progressive liberal Obama and his minions don’t run America.  You Do.  Stand up united and be heard America.  These people can’t keep destroying America unless you let them.

United we stand America and separated the elitist liberal progressives will destroy America.  Unite America! Unite Now!
