America Is Angry With Washington

Scott Brown’s remarkable victory in the Massachusetts Senate election speaks loud and clear: Americans across the political spectrum are unhappy with the scale and cost of the congressional Obamacare socialized health care legislation, and the lack of transparency in the process.

Americans do not like the direction the country is heading, and they’re not going to stand for it, even in Massachusetts a very solid blue state.  Has socialist Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrats  learned anything?  Do they understand America’s anger?

Americans in Massachusetts and elsewhere are clearly rejecting Congress’ huge and centralizing strategy for health care. So it is indeed time for Washington to hit the reset button on health care reform and start over with the right kind of change [3] that all Americans can support.

How many professional experts are going to have to find fault with the House and Senate health bills before the Left and their allies in Congress stop repeating the age-old adage: “Everyone else is crazy, I alone am sane”? The terrible truth, of course, is that these reports are right.

By any standard, over the last year Americans’ overall wealth and prosperity has continued to decline. Americans, in fact, are more likely than ever to believe that their children and grandchildren will be worse off than the current generation. They believe future generations will live in a less prosperous and less economically mobile America. The traditional American faith in upward economic mobility – widely understood to be the American Dream – seems more elusive now than ever.

One recent poll by the Pew Research Center found that 55% of Americans believe their children will be worse off when they grow up, while only 36% see a better future for them. Similarly, a December 2009 Gallup study found that Americans are more pessimistic about our future now than at any time since the late 1970s.
Have socialist Obama and the Democrats learned anything?  From their rhetoric the past few days they have learned nothing.  They want control of you and will do any unethical thing necessary to gain that control.
