Supreme Court Assault Is Like Dictator’s Castro And Chavez

Not since FDR has America seen an assault on the Supreme Court like we were subjected to in socialist Barack Hussein Obama’s State of the Union speech.  Every Democrat who stood and cheered is as despicable as Obama.  Has Obama forgotten he is President of the United States not dictator?  Does Obama think he is Castro or Chevez?

FDR also attacked the court because of the court’s rulings.  FDR wanted to take America down the socialist road.  The Supreme Court was a major roadblock preventing much of his agenda.  FDR like Obama started attacking the Supreme Court.  Then the Supreme Court held back in rulings on FDR’s socialist agenda.

This was a despicable move by socialist Obama and the Democrats.  They know the Court can and will stand in their way of attempting to make America a socialist 3rd world country.  They know the Justices respect the Constitution and publicly can’t debate rulings in public.  This was strike one in an attempt to intimidate the Supreme Court.

Obama knows he distorted facts and lied in his SOTU.  The Supreme Court ruling does NOT give carte blanche to foreign money entering our Presidential elections.  NO foreign company can spend any money in our Presidential elections.

In the majority opinion Justice Anthony Kennedy specifically left for another day “whether the government has a compelling interest in preventing foreign individuals or associations from influencing our nation’s political process.

Floyd Abrams, the First Amendment lawyer who argued the case in favor  of striking down the ban on corporate campaign spending, said existing rules that apply to PAC’s to limit foreign influence could have the same effect on corporate spending generally.

“That said, if it’s an American company, it would presumably be governed by American law,” Abrams said.

The main stream media should do its job.  Where did the $700 million plus that Obama got in contributions for the 2008 election come from?  We know $60 million came from SEIU, the corrupt Obama strong arm thug union.  In a recession where did the money come from?  Neither the FEC nor the main stream media have made socialist Obama answer that question.

This is a despicable attempt to silence the Supreme Court so that the socialist agenda of Obama and the Democrats will have one less hurdle.  Obama is acting more like Castro or Chavez both despicable dictators instead of the President of the United States.
