“Separation of Church and State”
The Removal Of God From America
Is there a clause in the Constitution “Separation of church and state?” Does the First Amendment of the Constitution say we must have separation of church and state?
The answer to both questions is NO. Nowhere in the Constitution will you find that clause. “Separation of church and state is actually a quote from Thomas Jefferson several years after the Constitution abd Bill Of Rights were written.
The First Amendment of the Constitution states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof….” This means Congress will not create an official state religion for America nor will Congress prohibit people’s free exercise of religion.
Read the Declaration of Independence and you will see it states our rights come from God. Our rights do not come from the government. This is a far cry from the progressive liberal movement to strip God or any mention of God from America.
For over 100 years the progressive liberals have attempted to remove God and anything Christian from all parts of America. This is because to the progressive liberals the government is their religion. They cannot achieve their goal of dominance of America as long as there are Christians and God.
Barack Hussein Obama is not a ‘Christian country.’ He is very wrong. A majority of Americans consider themselves Christians.
Obama and the progressive liberals cannot force upon America their socialist agenda as long as the majority of Americans are Christians. This is why progressive liberals are always trying to remove all religious references or symbols. This is why Obama demanded the religious symbols be covered when he spoke at Georgetown. See SpeakNowConservatives ‘Georgetown Covers Christian Symbol."
Look back in history. All the great empires and countries fell when they lost their Christian values. The first thing all socialist and communist regimes do is remove any Christian references from their country.
Obama and the progressive liberals may be Godless. They may not be Christians and have no Christian’s values, morals, or ethics. That is their choice. America is a Christian country and was built on Christian values.

Good thing we are not ruled by the majority. There is a balance of power in this country for that very reason... AND exactly why we have an Electorate. A majority certainly does not make this a Christian Nation.
And by the way... I notice how you only quote Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists about the Separation of Church and State.. and conveniently leave out similar quotes by Washington, Adams and Madison and MANY Presidents since then not to mention Justices of the Supreme Court. You might also want to read Article 11 of the Treaty of Tripoli which John Adams signed.
The one thing I constantly batter to organized religion is... the Separation of Church and State is as much FOR the church as it is government. Look at the world around you where religion and politics are so intertwined... and look at the destruction in its wake. Do you really want the kind of problems that are going on in present day Middle East, China and Ireland? Thats exactly what the Founding Fathers sought to prevent. Don't forget... the Pilgrims came to the new world to escape such tyranny.
And answer me this one question.. How exactly does the Separation of Church and State... tell you you cannot believe in God, read your BIble or practice your faith? The answer is it doesn't. Your fear over the matter is unfounded and your knowledge of the situation is uneducated.

You as many miss the point entirely. There is a huge difference in what the Constitution says and what has happened in
America. The constitution says governemnt shall not interfere with religion and then the left says we can't say Merry Christmas because that is Christian. No I and no one I know wants a theocracy. The socialist agenda though as it has in every country needs to destroy religion. That is what the left has been doing for much too long. My point simply is read the Constitution. Your fist 2 paragraphs make no sense. You say we are the majority of Americans are Christian but that doesn't make us a Christian country. Then you say it's a good thing we aren't ruled by the majority.
