Is It Unconstitutional To Enforce Federal Laws?
Socialist Obama And Democrats Want Votes- The Law Be Damned
How can it be unconstitutional to enforce our federal laws? That is exactly what the socialist Democrats and main stream media is doing. The Arizona law says law enforcement in Arizona will enforce immigration laws.
The portion of the law that seems to have everyone in an uproar:
"For any lawful contact made by a law enforcement official or agency of this state...where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person."
One other thing the ignorant of law main stream media is saying is it’s unconstitutional to make them show their papers if legally stopped. They also are referring to making them carry their green card etc. is like NAZI Germany. For all of you “professional” journalists it would be a good idea to know what you are talking about. Federal law now states that all foreigners must carry their papers with them at all times.
The left doesn’t want the federal immigration laws enforced. The socialist Barack Hussein Obama and Democrats see the illegal aliens as potential votes. They say the law be damned – then say enforcing it is unconstitutional.
The Arizona immigration law prohibits racial profiling. The law states that law enforcement has to have justification to stop the person(s). That would be anyone stopped for a lawful reason i.e. speeding etc. During the legal stop if anything is suspicious they can ask for valid I.D. and / or documentation.
How can the rabid left call this unconstitutional? How is this racial profiling? The answer to both is it isn’t. It’s enforcing the law of the land.
Arizona has 460,000 illegal aliens. These illegal’s are costing the state over $1.6 a year. That doesn’t include the rapes, murders, burglaries, and other crimes these illegal’s and their drug gangs are committing.
The federal government has shirked their duty of protecting the borders and American citizens. Arizona is protecting the citizens of Arizona and America.
Working, taxpaying Americans are in fear for their lives in Arizona because of illegal aliens. The socialist left doesn’t want anything done about that. The socialist Democrats are more concerned with getting votes than protecting Americans.
