Disregarded Constitution In Handling Arizona And New Black Panthers

Barack Hussein Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder took an oath to uphold the Constitution.  Both men have shown total disregard for the Constitution. 

Obama and Holder need to understand the law and the Constitution and obey them.  There is a time and a place for politics.  There too is a time and place to uphold the law.  Both men need to understand the difference.

Case in point is the New Black Panthers in Philadelphia intimidating voters.   There is a federal law against voter intimidation.  There is a clear YouTube video on the New Black Panthers violated that law and intimidating voters.

Furthermore the civil charges against the Black Panthers had already been awarded.  They must have known something was in the bag.  They never showed up for their court hearings.  All Holder had to do was give the DOJ sentence recommendation to the court.  Instead Holder dropped the charges.

Holder says there wasn’t enough evidence that they had violated any law.  How much evidence does Holder need?  J. Christian Adams resigned from the DOJ over this case.  He has in sworn testimony said he was advised that Holder won’t prosecute black against white crimes.

Now Obama and Holder are suing Arizona over the illegal alien bill Arizona passed.  Obama and Holder say the Arizona law on illegal aliens is unconstitutional.  They should study federal law that they are supposed to uphold.  Arizona has every right to pass the law that they passed.

Arizona mirrored their law after the federal law.  They impose no penalties that the federal doesn’t impose.  By federal law that isn’t unconstitutional.

Obama and Holder have a disdain for the Constitution and federal law.  Both have the attitude they are above the law.  Isn’t it time they uphold the Constitution and federal law or resign?
