Obama Backs Hamas And The Palestinians

In a shocking speech Barack Obama showed his true colors.  He betrayed our ally Israel and threw his support for the murderous Hamas and Palestinians.  Obama now supports murderers who want to annihilate Israel.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu deserves to be treated with the respect due to a top official of a key American ally — treatment clearly denied him by President Obama during his last visit to the United States.

Obama bows to Arab leaders and as we saw in March of 2010 shuns Israel.  Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was “left to his own devices” while Obama had dinner in private, something that until then was “unheard of.”

“After failing to extract a written promise of concessions on settlements, Obama walked out of his meeting with Netanyahu but invited him to stay at the White House, consult with advisers and ‘let me know if there is anything new.’”

Barack Obama is preparing to “provide more support to Arab countries [with] financial and military aid, undercutting Israel’s defense efforts all while pushing Israel to succumb to the pressure of unreasonable demands designed to end with their political annihilation as a nation,” the source remarked; Obama’s effort is likely to be subtle, and implemented over several years.

Residents of southern Israel in particular have lived with the firing of unguided rockets in their direction from the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip as a direct result of the last land-for-peace agreement between Israel and a Palestinian neighbor. Under Ariel Sharon, Israel unilaterally withdrew to the borders of the town of Sderot, leaving the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to their own devices (although with power still provided to the territory by a southern Israeli power plant). The result was daily rocket firings, sent in the direction of civilian towns, as well as toward the Israeli power plant which provides Gaza with electricity. Even the last “cease fire” agreed to between Israel and Hamas did not abate the rocket fire; over the course of its first year (from November 2006 to 2007), nearly 400 homemade Qassam rockets (fashioned from water pipes – was anybody wondering why Gaza has no infrastructure? – and rebar, and filled with nails and ball bearings to maximize casualties) were flung over Israel’s southern border.

Obama has betrayed our ally Israel to support the Muslim Islamic terrorists under the guise of bringing peace to the area.  Hamas, the Palestinians, and no other Muslims want peace with Israel.  They want to destroy Israel and Obama has sided with them.
