Has Obama Improved Our Economy?

The Democrats and main stream media are saying Barack Obama has improved our economy.  Others are saying he is trying to improve our economy. Has Obama improved our economy?

Obama was interviewed on the "Today Show" on Feb.2, 2009, shortly after taking office. Answering a question regarding his ability to get the economy healthy again, he said the following:

"If I don't have this done in 3 years, then there's going to be a one-term proposition".

 Obama's pledge to fundamentally change America included his goal of changing us from a capitalistic country to a socialist European style country where unions exercise much control and most people are supported by the government.

I suggest he has done a good job trying to reach his goal. The European economic model which he is trying to emulate is falling apart just like our economy. His goal of making more and more people dependent on the government for survival is working, and we see pictures of union leaders visiting the White House every few days.
