The Teacher Is the ‘Loser’

How despicable can a teacher be? Rex Roland on more than one occasion has written on a sixth grade girl’s papers ‘loser.’ There is no room in education for a teacher like this. This type of behavior from a teacher cannot be accepted and Roland should be terminated.

Roland teaches sixth graders at Enka Middle School in Chandler, NC. This isn’t the first time this so called teacher has done this to this sixth grade girl. He had did it last fall and after complaints stopped until recently. Now is the time to stop him permanently.

The Buncombe County School District released a statement saying this is a personnel matter that’s being looked in to. Let’s hope the district does the right thing. There should be no room for teachers like Roland anywhere.

There have been some parents defending Roland and his teaching style. They say it’s his teaching style. I doubt if he calls their children ‘loser’ that they will still defend him.

This type of conduct can never be tolerated in schools. Children at this age are very impressionable. Anyone who teaches should know you can severely lower a child’s self esteem and they may have problems for their entire life.

Roland has no ethics or morals. It’s also evident he has no place in a classroom. The Buncombe County School District needs to terminate him and replace him with a competent teacher which he has shown he is not.

Another Corrupt Unethical Example Of This Administration

In his confirmation last year, Attorney General Eric Holder failed to notify the Senate that he had signed several briefs urging courts to reject President George W. Bush’s claim that he had the power to imprison an American citizen as an “enemy combatant,” the Justice Department acknowledged Thursday.

Matthew Miller, a Justice Department spokesman said, “The briefs should have been disclosed as part of the confirmation process.” In preparing thousands of pages for submission, it was unfortunately and inadvertently missed. In any event, the attorney general has publicly discussed his positions on detention policy on many occasions, including at his confirmation hearing.”

“Are we expected to believe that then-nominee Holder, with only a handful of Supreme Court briefs to his name, forgot about his role in one of this country’s most publicized terrorism cases?” asked Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ).

Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), said the opinions in the briefs “go to the heart of his responsibilities in matters of national security. This is an extremely serious matter and the Attorney General will have to address it.”

“The briefs should have been disclosed as part of the confirmation process,” said Matthew Miller, a Justice Department spokesman. “In preparing thousands of pages for submission, it was unfortunately and inadvertently missed. In any event, the attorney general has publicly discussed his positions on detention policy on many occasions, including at his confirmation hearing.”

President Bush designated Jose Padilla, an American citizen who had been arrested in Chicago in 2002 and accused of planning an attack for Al Qaeda an enemy combatant. He had him placed in military custody, cut off his access to a lawyer and declared he could imprison him indefinitely for the purpose of interrogation, without judicial review. Holder signed a brief that the policy was illegal, arguing that “our nation has always been prepared to accept some risk as the price of guaranteeing that the executive does not have arbitrary power to imprison citizens.”

Why didn’t Holder report the briefs to the Supreme Court? Was he hiding his total disregard for Americans safety? WE have seen plenty of that from Holder. We can start with the release of American terrorists that he orchestrated while working for Bill Clinton. We have seen his total insensitivity and non caring about Americans safety from terrorists. Holder is one more corrupt unethical Obama appointee. They follow in the footsteps of the unethical corrupt Obama.

Doctor Speaks Out Against Obamacare

The guiding principle of medical care is 'Primum nil nocere.’ First, do no harm. Politicians who would rewrite our health care laws do not live in the same universe as do the doctors and health care professionals who must practice it. Barack Hussein Obama’s second cousin is a doctor and opposes Obamacare socialized health care.

Imagine if, like physicians, politicians were personally held to the incredibly high level of scrutiny that includes civil and financial liability for any unintended consequence of their decisions. Imagine if they were forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars each year on malpractice insurance and still faced the threat of multimillion-dollar lawsuits with every single decision they made. If so, a government takeover of health care would be the furthest thing from their minds.

Obamacare proponents would have us believe that we will add 30 million patients to the system without adding providers, we will see no decline in the quality of care for the millions of Americans currently happy with the system, and -if you act now!- we will save money in the process. But why stop there? They are in fantasy land so keep fantasying.

Dr. Milton R. Wolf, Obama’s cousin, has this to say, “I have personally trained and practiced in both the government-run and free-market segments of American medicine. The difference is vast. Patients see this for themselves, and this may be why, according to a recent CNN poll, they oppose Obamacare nearly 3 to 1. I am with them. It is difficult for me to speak publicly against the president on his central issue, but too much is at stake. “

“I wish my cousin Barack the greatest of success in office. But I feel duty-bound to rise in opposition to Obamacare. I must take a stand for my patients, my profession and, ultimately, my country. The problems caused by government will not be solved by growing government. Now that this new era of big-government takeovers has spread to our health care system, it's not just our freedoms or our wallets that are at stake. It's our lives.”

Two-thirds of Americans don’t want Obamacare. Obama’s cousin says it best, “It's our lives.”
Contact your Representatives by phone, fax, and email. Let them know you oppose Obamacare. Tell them Election 2010 will be our last word on Obamacare and the attempted socialist takeover of America.

Recently a little girl was asked what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day. Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, 'If you were President what would be the first thing you would do? '

She replied, 'I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people.' Her parents beamed with pride.

'Wow. What a worthy goal.' I told her, 'But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep my yard, and I'll pay you $50. Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a house.'

She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, ' Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?

I said, 'Welcome to the Republican Party.'

Her parents still aren't speaking to me.

There is no free lunch America. Everything has to be paid for. The difference between the socialist Democrats and conservatives is who pays. The socialists want to tax working Americans to give to those who choose not to work. After all it’s their right not to work. Is it their right to expect those who do work to give to them?

We have been taxed to the point the well is quickly running dry. The crazy Congress has spent like there is a bottomless pit. Socialist Barack Hussein Obama and the socialist Democrats in 14 months have created more deficit than Bush did in 8 years. We can’t sustain this mad socialist spending.

Truth Takes Another Hit As Obama Campaigns For Obamacare

Barack Hussein Obama last week said, “Make your voice heard.” Now more than at any other time this is the time to make to make your voices heard loud and clear. Truth and transparency are not Obama’s strong point. Although to most Americans he has become very transparent since taking office.

Obama is making another campaign round of stops promoting Obamacare. The economy is in horrible shape and over 17% of Americans are unemployed. Still Obama crisscrosses America campaign style trying to force Obamacare on us even though we loudly and clearly keep saying NO.

The White House said that Obama chose St. Charles High School as the backdrop for his speech Wednesday on health care. The afternoon address will be by invitation only, and not open to the general public, his staff said in a release. Honest taxpaying Americans will be locked out of Obama’s sales pitch for Obamacare. Proof once again these trips are to push the Democrats in Washington to vote for Obamacare and not tell America anything about it.

The arrogance is beyond of Obama and many of the Democrats in Washington is beyond belief. While Obama is campaigning for Obamacare socialized health care, Senate Democrats, are preparing for a procedural fight with Republicans over the reconciliation measure. The rules require provisions to focus on meeting budget targets, and policy changes with only an “incidental” fiscal impact will be struck out.

Over two-thirds of Americans are against Obamacare. Obama and the other socialist Democrats don’t listen to the people they’re supposed to represent. They don’t care what America wants or needs. They want to control your lives. They will if given the chance make America nothing more than a socialist 3rd world country.

Now you must phone, fax, and email your Representatives. We must stop this atrocity in the House and we must do it now. Tell your Representatives NO to Obamacare and let them know if they vote yes we will vote NO to them in election 2010. Call, fax, and email as many times as you can. You too will find out how rude and condescending these people who we pay their wages are to their employer ‘We The People.’ The staffs of many Representatives treat us their employer like yesterdays dishwater. How will they feel about us when they are at the unemployment office?

When Did Medicare Become Socialist Programs

Was It When Democrats Decided To Use It For Socialist Programs?

When did Medicare become entitlements like Medicaid? Hard working, taxpaying Americans and their employers pay into Medicare all your working life. If Keoghs, IRA’s, and others like them aren’t socialist or entitlements how can you say Medicare or social security is?

Medicare and social security became entitlements after the socialist in Congress spent the reserves to buy votes. They have spent the money many socialist programs. Medicaid, food stamps, welfare, to name a few are socialist programs taking from the working and giving to the non productive. Then after they were started they became entitlements.

All of us willingly help those who are having hard times. Loss of employment, sickness, and other causes can lead to the need for short term help. LBJ and the Democrats though saw a pot of gold. Take from the working class. Give to the non productive. It’s called buying votes or bribes.

Today Congress needs to start restoring the monies robbed from Medicare and social security. The financial integrity of these programs needs to be the highest of priorities. Step one should be to stop social security and Medicare payments to foreigners who never worked a day in America. These people have never paid a dime into social security or Medicare.

The time has come for Congress to honor their responsibilities to the working people who have made this country great. It’s time for Congress to stop paying for votes with working Americans money.

Social security and Medicare are not entitlements. They have been earned and paid for. Medicare is not socialized medicine. Working Americans have earned it with hard work and with hard earned money. Both are more like insurance policies working people have paid for.

It’s time to stop the attitude those on social security and Medicare haven’t earned it. Both programs would have surpluses if Congress had seen a golden egg to buy votes with.

Private Schools Do Better Job For Half The Money

For the past 30+ years public schools have been dumbing down our children. The teachers unions say they need more money for public education. It’s time the truth comes out. The more money spent on public education the worse it gets.

Public schools no longer teach the basics for reading, writing, and arithmetic. The proof is in what these public educated children write and look at their math skills. The armed services had to start writing the technical manuals in comic book form so that recruits can read it. Most can’t write a grammatically correct sentence.

All of you have stood in a checkout line waiting. The holdup is the cashier can’t make change. The cash registers tell them how much to give the customer back and they can’t do it. Please don’t confuse them by giving them the odd pennies. Newer cash registers now tell them tell the public school educated people how many pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarter to give in change.

Public schools no longer teach American history. They teach some limited politically correct history. Nothing about what America is and what has made America so strong. They teach nothing about the beginnings of America and our Fore Fathers.

What the teachers now teach is basic socialism. They teach how the government will take care of them. They teach no responsibility for your actions or to care for yourself. They teach children to rely on the government for all of their needs. In many cases they try to turn our children against their parents.

Teachers today harass and fail children who think for themselves. The stories abound of children crying in class because the teacher and students make fun of our military people calling them murderers. This is done in classes that are full of military children. You can’t have a conservative view in today’s public schools without ridicule from teachers.

The federal government needs to stop giving any funds to public schools. If the federal government really wants our children to be well educated they will fund vouchers for parents to decide what schools their children go to. It is proven daily that most private education costs half of what public education costs. Those children learn more and learn about their country in private schools.

Stimulus Fraud

Obama’s Stimulus Package is Fraud

Thirteen months ago Barack Hussein Obama daily told us that the stimulus package had to be passed. If not unemployment would go up and the economy would get worse. If the stimulus package passed that unemployment would not go above 8.5%.

Unemployment is now 9.7%. It has been as high as 10.2%. The true unemployment rate when you count those who have given up looking is over 18%. These figures are far above 8.5% yet Obama and Biden say the stimulus package is working.

The only part of the economy growing is government employment. Over 7,000 more government employees and growing. Government jobs are a direct drain on the economy and add nothing to it.

The worst part is Obama and Biden are being truthful when they say the stimulus package is working. There is a double fraud to the stimulus package. The first fraud is that the intention of the stimulus package wasn’t to help the economy and unemployment. As it has done its intent was to make it worse and make Americans suffer in an attempt to pass Obama’s socialist programs.

The second fraud is what the stimulus money is for. Of approximately $820 billion dollars only approximately 30% has been spent so far. If Obama wanted to end the recession and improve unemployment why hasn’t more been spent?

The stimulus package money is now Obama’s war chest. It is his bribe money to get Congressmen to vote for his socialist programs. Also the money is to buy your votes. Obama knows how badly America disagrees with him and his socialist programs. He knows that the 2010 elections will be a massacre for Democrats.

Starting much closer to the elections Obama will start spending the stimulus money. The money will be spent in areas where he thinks Democrat candidates can be saved and win the election. The stimulus money will be used in an attempt to bribe voters. Democrats will campaign on “ I brought this stimulus money to help my constituents.”

Obama and the Democrats are socialists. They want total control of your life. They don’t care how much hard working Americans are suffering. They want you to suffer and need them. ‘The ends justify the means’ is their credo. They are all fraud and lies.

How Much Corruption In Obama’s Administration Before Investigations Start

Potential candidates for November are speaking out. They are saying the Obama administration is offering them jobs not to run. The corruption in this administration grows daily. The obvious behind closed door bribes to Senators to get Obamacare socialized health care passed in the Senate and the lsit grows.

The first 'Jobs Not to Run’ was brought to light February 18th. Representative Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania Democrat, told a local cable news show that somebody in the administration offered him a high-ranking job if he would decline to challenge party-switching Sen. Arlen Specter in his state's Democratic primary this year. Speculation has been rife that Mr. Sestak, a retired admiral, might get named as secretary of the Navy, although he would not identify the specific job he was offered. The congressman told the Philadelphia Inquirer that he stuck to his story even after the White House denied it.

That was the second 'Jobs Not to Run’ accusation. This past August, the Denver Post cited "several top Colorado Democrats" who said that Deputy White House Chief of Staff Jim Messina "offered specific suggestions" for a administration job if former Colorado state House Speaker Andrew Romanoff would agree not to challenge Sen. Michael Bennet, Colorado Democrat, this year. Again, the White House denied the story.

It is hard to write off the claims as mere political hit jobs. These are Democrats making the allegations, not Republicans attacking a White House of the opposing party.

Former Reagan White House political director Jeffrey Lord made a serious case that if these offers were indeed made, they were probably illegal. He cited the following specific federal law: "Whoever solicits or receives ... any ... thing of value, in consideration of the promise of support or use of influence in obtaining for any person any appointive office or place under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both." (That law is 18 USC Sec. 211 - Bribery, Graft and Conflicts of Interest: Acceptance or solicitation to obtain appointive public office.)

Where is the main stream media? They refuse to report anything negative about Barack Hussein Obama or his administration. The main stream media refuses to report the truth when it involves Obama or Democrats.

Where is the now corrupt Department of Justice? We know Eric Holder is as corrupt as his boss Obama. The Justice Department should open a preliminary inquiry into these claims. The allegations appear to come from credible sources, either directly from elected officials of long-standing or from people very close to those officials. An investigation should be mandatory. Investigators should subpoena records of e-mails and phone calls "between the White House, Sestak, Specter, Romanoff and Bennet."

Corruptness And Bribes Large Part Of Obama

Where Is DOJ Investigating The Corrupt Bribes

There is a reward waiting for House members who ignore the wishes and interests of their constituents and vote for Obama's Obamacare socialized health care proposals. Alan Mollohan (D-WV) has had a pesky FBI investigation hanging over his head for a few years. Now, suddenly, right before the health care vote, it has gone away. The Justice Department, headed by Attorney General Eric Holder, announced that the FBI was closing the inquiry.

Mollohan pushed for earmarks for nonprofit enterprises in his district and then went into a real estate deal in Florida with the head of the company under financial terms that were distinctly favorable to the Congressman. But Mollohan toes the party line and is now getting his unjust reward.

Corruption and bribes are part of Barack Hussein Obama’s arsenal. He has proved many times he has no ethics or morals. Obama knows too that Congress, the Department of Justice, and the main stream media won’t investigate his corruptness or bribes. Quite the opposite they will hide and defend his bribes. Holder is as corrupt as Obama and will cover up for Obama.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have reported the bribe to Representative Jim Matheson (D-UT). His brother Scott Matheson was appointed to a federal judgeship by Obama hours before he met with Matheson to discuss his vote on Obamacare. Jim Matheson voted against Obamacare when it first passed the House. With his new-found winnings in his pocket, he now professes to be undecided. He faces a clear conflict between his district and his conscience on the one hand and the bribe to his brother on the other. The conscience will probably lose.

The main stream media no longer presents true facts to America. They are in the bag for Obama. They refuse to report on the corruption and backroom deals that are part and parcel of Obamacare. Never in America’s history has there been the corruption and lack of ethics we are seeing now by Obama.

Where is our Department of Justice and Eric Holder? Holder went after lawyers who wrote opinions. He refused to prosecute the New Black Panthers in voter harassment the world watched. Now he turns a deaf ear to the corruption of Obama. Much of that is because Holder is as corrupt as Obama.

The Census is very unpopular. Add to that how America dislikes wasteful spending. One month away from beginning its population count, the Census Bureau has already managed to waste millions of dollars. We are talking about $3 million paid to census employees who didn't do any work.

Here are a few more examples:

•More than 10,000 census employees were paid more than $300 apiece to attend training for the massive address-canvassing effort, but they quit or were let go before they could perform any work. Cost: $3 million.

•Another 5,000 employees collected $300 for the same training but worked a single day or less. Cost $1.5 million.

•Twenty-three temporary census employees were paid for car mileage at 55 cents a mile, even though the number of miles they reported driving per hour exceeded the number of hours they actually worked.

•Another 581 employees who spent the majority of their time driving instead of conducting field work also received full mileage reimbursements, which investigators called questionable.

Anyone who watches TV has seen the stupid commercials being run. Most people will have no idea they’re promoting the Census. Billions of wasted dollars are being spent on these ads and other.

The community organizer Barack Hussein Obama brought the Census into the White House. This is something that has never been done before. Obama's goal will be to maximize the numbers of voters in strongly Democrat areas, and minimize the population in evil conservative areas.

In one year this is going down as the most corrupt administration ever. Obama has brought Chicago style corrupt thug politics to Washington.

Obama’s Global Warming Lies

Data Is Not On The Side Of Global Warming Alarmists

The past six weeks have shown most of the global warming data is fake. We have seen that the global warming ‘scientists’ made up data in many cases to justify their theory. Now we have pundits saying, "You know what, that snow, that proves there's major climate change going on." So now snow equals global warming, lots of snow equals global warming. We all know it's a hoax.

Paraphrasing what Phil Jones, University of East Anglia, UK said, "There hasn't been any warming since '95, and the medieval period probably was warmer than it is now." So he just threw the hockey stick guy Michael Mann from Penn State under the bus.

Everyone knows global warming is a lie. Yet in Nevada Barack Hussein Obama said, "We just got five feet of snow in Washington and so everybody is like, a lot of people who are opponents of climate change, they say, "See, look at that, there's all that snow on the ground, you know, this doesn't mean anything. I want to just be clear that the science of climate change doesn't mean that every place is getting warmer. It means the planet as a whole is getting warmer."

Obama went on to say, “As the planet as a whole gets warmer you start seeing changing weather patterns. And that creates more violent storm systems more unpredictable weather, so any single place might end up being warmer. Another place might end up being a little bit cooler, there might end up being more precipitation in the air, more monsoons, more hurricanes, more tornadoes.”

How can we believe anything Obama says? He has lied on the stimulus package. He has lied on the numbers of jobs created or saved. He has lied on Obamacare. He has lied on transparency. Now in the face of all the data on global warming being shown as the hoax it is, he defends his stance and still wants to destroy America’s economy with cap and trade.

Why is Obama lying to us on global warming? The progressive socialists want to use global warming as their front for world income redistribution. They want to take from America and other prosperous countries and give that money to 3rd world countries. One global economy controlled by them.

Do we need to clean up our environment of course we do. Do we need to preserve our water and soil again of course we do. To do this do we need to destroy the American economy and the American dream. An emphatic NO.

Obama’s Stimulus Package; Who was helped?

The Stimulus Package Huge Boost For Government

The first anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, popularly known as the Obama stimulus package was last week. The Barack Hussein Obama administration put on a full-court press, releasing a report that claimed the stimulus saved the country from having a recession degenerate into a full-blown depression.

Depending on the day of the week and how bad things look at the time Obama and his minions claim "saving or creating" some 2 million jobs and building a foundation for a new economic foundation built on clean energy and revitalizing America's infrastructure.
To put it kindly these estimates are politically inflated. There are no exact figures but enough data is available that we know there have not been anywhere near 2 million jobs saved or created. The jobs that have been saved or created are government jobs which don’t help the economy.

The philosophy behind massive government spending during a recession is that such spending will have a Keynesian "multiplier effect" as money circulates from one hand to another to another. Harvard economist Robert Barros, for example, has done studies of spending during the Great Depression and other economic downturns that permit him to estimate the multiplier effect at about 0.6. In other words, for every $100 in government spending the economy gets a jolt worth about $60.

That's hardly an impressive return on investment. The infusion may provide some lift, but the evidence that it leads to a magical doubling or tripling of economic ripple effects is nonexistent. The reason is for the government to spend money it first has to take it from the private wealth-producing, job-creating sector of the economy, whether through taxation or borrowing. What is stimulated by such spending is not economic growth but government growth.

The stimulus has not stimulated the economy. Government has grown as they hire more people. This in the long run hurts the economy because government employees take from the economy they don’t build the economy.

Most economic forecasters believe that the recession began about December 2007, was exacerbated by the financial crisis of fall 2008, and was likely to have started turning up toward the end of 2009, with or without a massive government stimulus.Bottom line $800 billion plus and it hasn’t and won’t help the economy. Obama and his administration could have done nothing and the economy now would probably be better than it is.

If all politicians would adhere to the following contract drawn up by the tea party we could strengthen America and leave a better stronger America for future generations. These principles are what America was built on.

 DEMAND A BALANCED BUDGET- Begin the Constitutional amendment process to require a balanced budget with a two-thirds majority needed for any tax hike.

 STOP THE TAX HIKES-Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to the income, capital gains, and death taxes, currently scheduled to begin in 2011.

 COMMIT TO REAL GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY-Every bill, in its final form, will be made public seven days before any vote can be taken and all government expenditures authorized by any bill will be easily accessible on the Internet before the money is spent.

 PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION-Require each bill to identify the specific provision of the Constitution that gives Congress the power to do what the bill does. (Proposed by: Brooke Storrs, Midland, MI)

 PASS MARKET-BASED HEALTHCARE & HEALTH INSURANCE REFORM-Make health care and insurance more affordable by enabling a competitive, open, and transparent free-market health care and health insurance system that isn't restricted by state boundaries.

 ENACT FUNDAMENTAL TAX REFORM-Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the internal revenue code and replacing it with one that is no longer than 4,543 words--the length of the original Constitution.

 END RUNAWAY GOVERNMENT SPENDING-Impose a statutory cap limiting the annual growth in total federal spending to the sum of inflation rate plus the percentage of population.

 LET US SAVE-Allow young Americans the choice of opting out of Social Security and Medicare payroll taxes, creating both real financial security in retirement through the freedom to own your personal retirement savings, and reducing the long-term unfunded liabilities of the federal government.

 PROTECT INTERNET FREEDOM-No regulation or tax on the Internet.

 GIVE PARENTS MORE CHOICES IN THE EDUCATION OF THEIR CHILDREN-Improve American education by reforming the broken federal role through eliminating ineffective and wasteful programs, giving parents more choices from pre-school to high school, and improving the affordability of higher education.

 PASS AN "ALL OF THE ABOVE" ENERGY POLICY-Authorize the exploration of proven energy reserves to reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources from unstable countries and reduce regulatory barriers to all other forms of energy creation, lowering prices and creating competition.

 PROTECT FREEDOM OF THE PRESS-Prohibit the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from using funds to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine in any form, including requiring "localism" or "diversity" quotas.

 RESTORE FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY & CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED GOVT-Create a Blue Ribbon taskforce that engages in a complete audit of federal agencies and programs, assessing their Constitutionality, and identifying duplication, waste, ineffectiveness, and agencies and programs better left for the states.

 PROTECT PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS-Block state and local governments that receive federal grants from exercising eminent domain over private property for the primary purpose of economic development or enhancement of tax revenues.

 REJECT CAP & TRADE-Stop costly new regulations that would increase unemployment, raise consumer prices, and weaken the nation's global competitiveness with virtually no impact on global temperatures.

 STOP THE PORK-Place a moratorium on all earmarks until the process is fully transparent, including requiring a 2/3 majority to pass any earmark

 AUDIT THE FED-Begin an audit of the Federal Reserve System

 NO MORE BAILOUTS-The federal government should not bail out private companies and should immediately begin divesting itself of its stake in the private companies it owns from recent bailouts.

 STOP CAREER POLITICIANS & CURB LOBBYIST POWER-Begin the Constitutional amendment process to require Congressional term limits.

 SUNSET REGULATIONS & ENACT FUNDAMENTAL REGULATORY REFORM-Sunset all regulations in order to eliminate those that are wasteful, unconstitutional, and ineffective, and place strict limits on the ability of agencies to create regulations

 LET US WATCH-Broadcast all non-security meetings and votes on C-SPAN and the Internet.

America we can bring back the American dream that Washington is trying to destroy. United we can honest politicians who want the same things for us. We can give our children a better America.

Obama Policies Prevent Jobs From Coming Back

Just days before Toyota's top executives were to testify on Capitol Hill amid a giant recall internal Toyota documents came to life. When talking to most business executives each day they quietly say much the same as these Toyota documents say.The documents portray the Obama administration and Democratic Congress as “activist” and “not industry friendly.”

Many businesses and industries are feeling the same way. In large part, this is why the jobs are not coming back. Businesses are deeply, deeply worried about the activist bent of the Obama administration and the anti-free market stance it has repeatedly taken on issues. The uncertainty and antagonism are causing businesses to keep money on the sidelines.

Here is just one example. A business has put a major new business development on hold because of the Obama Administration’s stance on carbon emissions. The company could move everything to another country and be perfectly happy with less environmental restraints, or it could keep everything in the U.S., comply with existing environmental laws, and create American jobs. But because Obama and the EPA are headed in the direction of even more regulation and expense, the jobs might go overseas.

The Obama administration is excelling at two types of job creation programs: government jobs and sending jobs overseas away from the American regulatory regime.

Until Obama and his minions show a willingness to work with businesses and not hurt businesses, the jobs will not come back. Toyota is far from alone in its belief of the Obama administration.

Poll Shows America Has More Faith In Insurance Companies

“When it comes to health care decisions, who do you fear the most: the federal government or private insurance companies?” A Rasmussen Reports poll finds that a majority of Americans fear the federal government making health-care decisions more than they fear private insurance companies doing so.

The poll shows 51% said “The federal government,” 39 % said “Private insurance companies and 10% said they were “Not sure.”
When asked about their support for the health-care plan the president is championing, 56% of voters said they oppose it, while 41% said they favor it. Only 23% “Strongly Favor” the plan, while 45 percent “Strongly Oppose” it; a level unchanged since last Thanksgiving.

America is saying loud and clear we don’t want Obamacare socialized health care. How could America trust the government after we have seen what they have done with Medicare, Medicaid, and social security? These are just 3 examples of the governments’ inefficiency and lack of ability to run programs.

The arrogant socialist Barack Hussein Obama has shown he doesn’t care what America wants or needs. For Obama it’s all about power and control over you. The socialist democrats want to make all Americans have to come to them for our needs.

The 2010 elections can change the attitudes in Washington. It’s time for a clean sweep. We need Representatives that understand what representing means. Those in Washington have forgotten they work for us.

Charlie Rangel Guilty Ethics Violations

Charlie Rangel (D-NY), the most powerful tax-writing lawmaker in Congress and a 34-year veteran of Capitol Hill, knowingly accepted Caribbean trips from a corporation in violation of House rules, the House Ethics Committee ruled Thursday, The Associated Press has learned.

The committee found that the financing of the Caribbean trips was improper for all the lawmakers involved but that only Rangel was aware that a corporation that routinely lobbied Congress picked up the tab, said the congressional official who was not authorized to speak on the record.

Representatives Carolyn Kilpatrick (D-MI), Donald Payne (D-NJ), Bennie Thompson (D-MS) and Delagate Donna Christensen (D-V.I.) also participated in the trips, but a source told the Associated Press that they have been exonerated by the committee.

Rangel said Thursday night that he was being “admonished” by the committee on the grounds that at least two members of his staff knew about the corporate funding for the trips and that Rangel himself should have known.

“I’m satisfied that when you read the report, that you will see that I have not been found guilty of anything,” Rangel said. “We were approved, the trip was approved. Whether or not it should have been approved is a serious issue.”

Conference Chair Mike Pence (R-IN) used the reports to renew his call for Rangel to step aside as Ways and Means chair. "I believe it would be appropriate for him to step aside as chair until these matters are resolved," Pence said, noting that "these are not the only ethical clouds hanging over his chairmanship."

The committee is continuing to investigate several other matters involving Rangel, including one involving his use of a rent-controlled apartment in New York and another involving allegations that he used his congressional office to raise funds for a New York research center that bears his name.

Rangel's ethics troubles also present an election-year dilemma for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who led a Democratic takeover of the House in 2006 on a campaign promise to end a "culture of corruption" in the GOP-led Congress. If Pelosi has any ethics she will make Rangel step down. It’s time she lives up to the words to end the “culture of corruption.”

America’s Concerns Are Real And The National Debt Is Growing

Americans have real concerns and fears. Our economy is sinking more every day. Many Americans are losing their jobs and homes. Barack Hussein Obama has no real plans to improve it. Obama is focused on socializing health care through Obamacare. It’s the economy stupid.

Following are what real Americans think will help America. Ways to improve the national debt.

•Reduce spending, reduce the size of government
•Lower taxes on business.
•Loudly promise no Cap and Trade.
•Lawyer reform, medical award caps.
•Ban unions from Government employment.
•Eliminate the Department of Agriculture, Education, Energy, Commerce.
•Phase out entitlements in 5 years. AFDC..out, WIC.....out, food stamps... out. medicare/medicaid out.
•Keep promises of the Social Security handout for those over 46. Under 46 can opt out.
•Freeze all discretionary spending for 30 years.
•Install the fair tax.
•I would start by putting a stop to all additional spending that has not occurred, and roll back all new programs.
•I would continue by making the Bush tax cuts permanent, and ending the estate tax.
•Capital gains taxes should be reduced.
•The next thing is the hardest part: end entitlements.
•Next, stop 'sweetheart' retirement deals for government employees, unionized or not.
•Phase out non-essential government employees through attrition.
•Put Thomas Sowell in charge of the recovery -- the next John Galt.
•Repeal the 16th amendment and eliminate the IRS.
•Eliminate the following departments: Education, Energy, Labor, Housing, and Environment.
•Freeze the budget at say the 2001 level and live with it.
•Freeze the entire budget for 10 years, then allow annual increase only at the rate of population growth with a maximum of 5%.
•Eliminate the IRS, implement the Fair Tax.
•Pass law requiring all future laws prove where the U.S. Constitution provides authority to Federal Government to pass the law.
•Evaluate all current programs, laws, cabinet departments, etc. to see if the U.S. Constitution provides for their existence, if none can be found, eliminate it.
•Close the borders and enforce immigration laws.
•Open all domestic drilling
•Eliminate Welfare, Medicare, and other Entitlement programs
•Sell the education system to the private sector
•Revert back to the Gold Standard
•Pass Constitutional Amendment requiring the yearly budget be balanced.
•Reduce the size of all government: 1) 50% reduction in Federal Government over eight years; 25% reduction of all state governments over 4 years; 12.5% reduction of all local (county, city) governments over 2 years.
•Privatize Social Security/Medicare-aid immediately. If we get this straightened out now, we might just save the damn program. Freeze all benefits at today's levels until the program is self-sufficient without raising contribution requirements (taxes).
•Five year moratorium on all Federal, State and Local taxes levied against small business income for businesses fewer than 25 employees.

Unfortunately the socialist Obama and Democrats won’t listen to these ideas any more than they have listened to America on Obamacare. Election 2010 will be here in November. America we can replace the members of Congress who don’t listen to America or care what we say. Whether they be Democrats or Republicans we can replace them.

We Can Defeat Obamacare

Obamacare Can Be Stopped In The House

Barack Hussein Obama and the Senate Democrats will go through underhanded tactics to get Obamacare socialized health care passed. Harry Reid is going to use the reconciliation procedure to jam it through with 51 votes. Reid will probably only have 50 and by deceit Biden will cast the 51st vote.

The real battle will take place in the House. It will be much harder for Nancy Pelosi to push through the Senate bill than it was for her to get the original House bill passed. That weakness is where we can stop Obamacare. There are some Democrats that can be convinced to vote NO.

In the House every member faces re-election. Many of the Democrats know they are in conservative districts. This time it will be a lot harder for Pelosi to round up the vote she needs. Last time she passed health care by 220-215. This time, a lot of the Democrats who voted for health care are going to be so worried about re-election that they might be induced to jump ship.

Obama Has Learned Nothing From Massachusetts

Obama Is Like Ostrich With Head Buried In the Sand

In July of 2009, the American people were mostly undecided about Obamacare: equal numbers opposed and supported the health care bills that the White House was shepherding through Congress. But then August happened and informed Americans turned out at town halls across the country to express their strong disapproval of Obamacare.

The more the American public found out the larger the plurality of Americans opposing Obamacare became. We had town hall meetings and tea parties that spread the word of what Obamacare really is. The White House concluded they had a "communications problem" so they scheduled a prime time speech in front of a rare Joint Session of Congress. But the President's speech arrogantly dismissed the concerns of the American people and after a brief uptick in support (from the low 40s to the mid 40s), opposition to the President's plan grew even larger.

In November, liberals lost governor's races in New Jersey and Virginia as opposition to Obama's signature policy priority inched towards 50%. Again the White House concluded that nothing was wrong with their policy agenda and they dismissed their setbacks in two states that had voted for President Barack Obama as local elections with weak candidates.

The White House doubled down and pushed for a speedy passage of Obamacare with as little debate as possible. Over the next two months the White House bought support for their health care plan with the Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, and big labor tax breaks. And their behind-closed-doors, backroom-deal tactics almost worked ... until Massachusetts happened.

Senator Scott Brown's (R) upset win over Attorney General Martha Coakley (D) took the Obama administration completely by surprise. The White House again concluded they had a "communications problem" so this time they scheduled a six-hour health care summit that is supposed to take place at The Blair House, across the street from the White House, this Thursday. But like everything else that has come out of the Obama administration during this health care debate, the President's effort to "seek common ground" at the summit is completely disingenuous. The New York Times reported this past Friday that the White House is drafting, and will release this morning, a final health care bill they expect Congress to pass quickly. And this bill is specifically designed to pass without any conservative support.

Obama is either like an ostrich with his head buried in the sand or could completely care less what the American people think or want. He and his socialist Democrats allies have decided that America will have Obamacare socialized health care even though a growing majority opposes it.
